Fantastic seminar sharing the knowledge of Wing Chun & Preying Mantis Kung Fu systems. Both Sifu Tom Collingridge (Devon Wing Chun) and Sifu Robert Byrnes (ITSWA) led excellent workshops in their respective styles, focusing on principals rather than stylised movements. All students attended in a co-operative, open and friendly manner and a great time was had by all. Other than a few injuries (bruised forearms, a broken tooth and split eye brow), the day passed without incident. Hopefully an event to be repeated in the not too distant future.
