The calendar has been updated to reflect changes to the class schedule for the next few weeks leading up to Christmas and into the New Year. Once again John Yarham is kindly covering the Tiverton classes and Mike Sum the St Thomas Exeter classes.

In response to a recent enquiry – Dit Da Jow is a very useful lotion/liniment “used to treat all injuries that result in bruises, swelling, and pain such as sprains, strains and impact injuries from falls, sparing or joint locking”. Grandmaster Samuel Kwok is holding a seminar in Weston Super Mare on Saturday 21st May 12-4pm at the Hutton Moor Leisure Centre. Anyone wishing to attend, who hasn’t already booked, had better let me know ASAP. Places are limited as students have been invited from Devon, Somerset, Wales and further afield. A rare chance indeed to have such a high calibre Sifu on our doorstep for the day! Helen
