Treating Bruises

In response to a recent enquiry – Dit Da Jow is a very useful lotion/liniment “used to treat all injuries that result in bruises, swelling, and pain such as sprains, strains and impact injuries from falls, sparing or joint locking”. Available from www.wushudirect.co.uk and www.chinesehealtharts.co.uk. Hope that is helpful. Helen
